Although your tests suggests our Wi-Fi is working the actual performance is rubbish and we need smeo

Although your so called testing claims our Wi-Fi is working correctly the actual performance is very poor  - it has been poor for some time but has dropped off quite dramatically recently with our connected devices buffering for long periods
