Alarm coming from sky set up?

Hi, I recently got Sky installed.

I had a problem with lip zinc, at different time, also during adverts it stopped and started then resumed as normal when programme started.

For the week I'm hearing a whirring sound coming from the spot where router is, last night an alarm went off and I had to turn all off at mains.

  • I have Sky up and running again but there's a loud chirping noise continuously  coming from that area. I also have cameras running from in that area

@Helen261  Sky Broadband hubs have no speaker inside so it's unlikely they are making an alarm sound or chrirping, have you tried turning off just the hub?  Does the sound stop?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
