So as you can see, having upgraded months ago to super fast 500mb fibre, and it working lal this time, It has now dropped drastically. I noticed this a few days ago, did a factory reset on the hub and it returned to the normal 500mb. Now, even the factory reset doesn't work. Any help? Or will I have to phone sky in the morning? Thanks!

So, got up this morning and we're back to normal. Not sure why I'm getting throttled at midnight lol it isn't exactly peak hours. Thanks anyway though 😄

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LouiseSKY there have been a number of reports of similar issues including my own Ultrafast+ line misbehaving. i had similar results as you found but after reporting it to Sky their network team made some adjustments which sorted the issue.
I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch to invite you onto a private chat through thecforum. Lookout for a message from Sky and a chat button appearing on the forum page.
