Address issue
I was trying to switch to sky broadband. But when I tried to register, it shows someone else is linked with this address. How can I fix this

@Jojy1 if you have just moved into the property and the last occupier has not cancelled/moved their service you cannot order a new service using the same line until it is released. This does happen but there are processes where Sky can ask the last provider to release the line but it can take time. Call Sky and talk to them.
