Broadband issues and only one light on open reach fttp

so my Internet was meant to go live today so we have it all plugged in and ready for the Internet to go live and there is only one light on the FTTP box from open reach and there's only two green lights on sky and the Internet one and phone one is completely off obviously I've tried to call sky and their network down today so I don't know if anybody can help or has had this issue before

I have also tried to reset it all unplug it all and still nothing works

@James561 There is no optical signal to the ONT therfore your connection is not live as yet. Activation can happen any time today up,until midnight and often lag some hours behind the notification.

Oh okay They did send me a text saying my internet had gone live so is that still up till midnight tonight then?

@James561 Without the PON light being GREEN solid, and you lan light flashing you just hope that the OR engineers are working on your Fibre side off things. That is NOT a way that they even leave a system with only power light on.
