They came an installed fibre to my house on 8 Aug 2025 and I'm still not connected. I got the engineers out at the beginning of September and still I have no service. So it's been nearly 2 months now. I'm having to borrow a mobile broadband route so I can watch sky.
@Susan992 Delay's and all kinds off problems can happen with FF install, neighbour was 1 day short off the full year for it to happen but was lucky that the copper was still up and working. Only sky can keep you posted that is if they know anything as OR may just not have the detail to give them!
