Received my updated sky q box yesterday,I cannot find activation date on box? To set it up

@Kat601 A Sky Q box is a satellite reciever and needs no activation it does need a dish to work. Do you mean you have a new broadband hub? If so and you're an existing customer with Sky Broadband there is no activation date as it is a swap for your old hub.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
