Hello,
my broadband was due to be activated yesterday 23/12 but on my router all I'm getting is a green flashing light. I'm moving from talk talk fibre so I don't see an issue with the ONT or other connections.

I have had a phone call and a new router has been sent out.

We have had this since the 19th Dec. One week after we also swooped over to the new fibre network. . We also had a new router sent out but the same thing happened. Been told it's an open reach issue and we currently have no fix date

New router has came and still the same issue.
open reach coming tomorrow. I don't see why this has happened when everything was fine with TalkTalk up until activation date.

Openreach have finished there visit and nothing is wrong there end.
they say it's a migration issue with Sky and it's on there side now. How can I escalate this ?

I had a chat and they didn't really no what was happening. Another engineer has come today and they are also guessing what is wrong. New router and new ONT box now.
Openreach thinks it's a "spine" issue in the exchange... and a replacement part is waiting to be swapped out.

@Mr+Flibbles+86 - I have called Sky again and they are arranging a third visit from Openreach even though they have told me there is nothing they can do - it's a sky issue. I'm going round in circles here
