Activation date

Activation date was confirmed for 7/2/25 but didn't get a txt to say it was activated? Plugged router in 9/2/25 solid amber Internet light. Is there a way around this without calling them? 

Any help appreciated.

You will need to call to see if the activation was completed on Friday.
