Activation date (Remote)

Hi everyone,

I am new to sky just signed up as moved into our first home. I have received my sky puck for TV still waiting for hub for broadband. I work from home and sky have said activation is done remotely but will not be activated until 14th April. Anyone know whether this can be brought forward?

Many thanks

Brandon

No, you will have been given the earliest activation date possible, working from home does not give your service any greater priority

The activation date for any domestic boradband service is a minimum of 10 working days from placing the order.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
