Hi I was meant to be activated yesterday but I'm still not connected. Any ideas

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Granto9kids you will have to contact Sky to find out why the activation did not happen. The work is done by Openreach but Sky should have had a report as to what the isssue is. To help,I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch to invite you onto a private chat through the forum. Look out for a chat button on the forum pages.
