Activating broad band
An engineer was meant to come on the 5th, didn't, rescheduled via txt with open reach for the 10th, confirmed twice, again nobody showed up....rescheduled again for 19th via the same method .....what's going wrong ???

@Greengal1883 Openreach engineers have multiple jobs scheduled for each slot where one over runs the later jobs get bounced. You will be die compensation but it is very annoyinng - it happened twice on my own switch to fibre - see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
