I didnt create an account when i purchased a broadband and now i can't see why my order is delayed. How do i fix this?

@Carmen67 if you have placed a broadband order the system should have led youbtobcreate a Sky id linked to the email address you used. If you cannotvremember the details call Sky and they will take youbthrough some security questions to reset the access.
