Remove Incorrect Device from My Devices (MySky App)
Hi
I received a Sky Max Pod today. It wouldn't connect automatically so I had to add the serial number manually.
Stupidly, I made a typo (the text was very small). I then managed to add it correctly (and it's made quite the positive difference) but now when I go into "My Devices" on the MySky app it looks like I have two pods. The correct one is online and the one I typed incorrectly is offline. There doesn't seem to be an option to delete the incorrect one.
Any ideas?
DD

Re: Remove Incorrect Device from My Devices (MySky App)
If you can be removed the only people that would be able to do it would be Sky themselves so you would need top speak to them about it.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Remove Incorrect Device from My Devices (MySky App)
Thank you. I tried that today but they said they couldn't do it, which is a shame as it's wreaking havoc with my OCD!
I'll have to forget about it, ha.
