Account access

I need access to my broadband account to monitor my bills and activities.

i can't see any billing and  other payment made to the account.

@Nyimah Everything sky ID wise is linked below, sounds like you have NO product account linked to your ID.

@Nyimah When will what be resolved? If you cannot do it, call sky and have someone see if there is an account problem for you, dial 150 from your landline phone!

@Nyimah  Have you followed the steps in the link provided by @JimM1 

 

As we are aall customers we can't tell you "when it will be fixed" whatever it is your referring to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
