Broadband hasn't been working during the day for the past 3 days, but it comes back on at night, this morning it went off at 08:30am.
there is no notice of outage, but if it's coming back on at night it's clearly a sky issue rather than a me issue.
I am trying to do a masters degree from home but I can't do anything as the internet isn't working.
the website also isn't allowing me to book an engineer, it let me book the other day, but I cancelled it as it fixed itself, now it keeps happening at it won't let me arrange help.
