Accessing 2.4G for my printer

Hi..

I need to access 2.4G for my wireless printer to work. I found out it's on channel 11. At the moment my hub is operating on channel 36 which is 5G. I can't find the other option in my settings. Can anyone plesase help me? How do I find the other channel and connect my printer to it?

Thank you!

You will need to seperate the wifi bands

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

And allocate the printer to the 2.4ghz band

----------------------------------------------------
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

My Sky login isn't working....

Hi, so I am still tryhing to split my wi fi into two  bands (see my previous post)

I was given this link..https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

As provided by @cookiemonsteruk

However, I cannot get past the first hurdle of logging in with my Sky ID and password. I have used the wi-fi name and password that is printed on my router...no good, I've used my own SKY ID and password from router, and I've tried 'admin' and 'sky' No joy there either. I am losing the will to live. What am I doing wrong please!  😭

That would still leave

Username:    admin

Password:    'the Wifi password from the label '

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
