First thing to check would be your BB shield setting.
Open the MySky app. Click on Broadband at the bottom, select product settings then change BB shield to 18 (if set lower) or turn off completely.
If this doesn't work you could try powering off your router for 10 mins to acquire a new ipV6 session.

Already with sky. Just changed from superfast 35 to 60 which came with the new router.
I see there is another reply so will see what that suggests
