Absolute shambles

Diamond vip apparently and yet absolutely no interests in resolving complete broadband outage. Just referencing sla's which are irrelevant in the real

world.

Go somewhere else if you have the option

@Pehul  So the app is saying there is an outage in your area? How long has this been going on for?

@Pehul SLA's are very relevant in the real world as they dictate the response time to faults and fixing them.

Your VIP level with Sky is entirely irrelevant in the real world, it doesn't provide you with priority from Openreach.

Those "irrelevant" SLA's will be exactly the same for other providers who use the Openreach network.
