I can't connect my hub with the master socket. It hasn't fit in the socket. Can i get an engineer help please.

@Christy9599 What type of master socket is it that you have, single, double may even have a name link Mark iV, type 5c etc.
If single and no way to plug the RJ11 cable into then you will need to go source a ADSL filter if you do not have one! See the link for pictures and video below!

@Christy9599 engineers are not sent out to connect hub's. There are very clear instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have. There are several pemutatiins these days so its best to work through thst logically.
If you have the older type of phone socket with a single connecter for a phone you msy need to buy a line filter which plugs into the wall socket and has two sockets one of which accepts the cable from the hub.

Master socket 5C is mine and it has only port my black cable is not fit in that port.

@Christy9599 Cable with Purple ends RJ11 style fits into the LHS of that dual 5c socket and to the back off the sky Hub in the Purple socket also first Left as viewed from the back!

I sorry i got a single 5C socket and I tried the both end of my black cable. It's not fitt
