Broadband cable is pulling fascias away from house

Hi,

I have both a fibre cable and a copper cable direct from the pole to my property, the connection to my property (on the fascia board) has pulled the fascia board away from the house who do i need to conact to fix the issue.

@SteveWatkins198 initially contact Sky who as your ISP will contact Openreach to get the issue rectified.

@SteveWatkins198 Looks like it's going to have to be anchored to the brick as your boards under the PVC fascia are rotten!
