A few new router needed

Our WiFi couldn't reach properly on the second and third floor at the house. We needed 2 routers to put them on both floors . I was looking for how to manage it , who to call for it ?

Re: A few new router needed

@SedaHan You only get one sky Hub to supply the Broadband and wireless wi-fi in the home. If you do have sky Max and all off the package with the addon's then the information is linked below so take a read at that as a first step. £10/Month is the addon so if you are paying the extra you will see that by looking on a sky Bill. It is a call to sky to get the first extender there is no other way to do it, testing for your home is required by you/sky at that point!

To avoid confusion when speaking to support staff, the appropriate hardware is 'boosters' rather than 'routers'.
