Wifi - connected but no internet

Hi, We have been having the issue for the past week or so of the wifi connecting but no Internet. Key facts: We have items connecting over ethernet - these also go down Done the usual steps- resetting everything etc When checked the router normally shows all green lights - but a couple of times the voice light has been amber We have two wifi boosters - consistently showing all green lights as well as a sky Q and a few multiroom boxes We are on sky fibre gigafast, just signed a new contract last week so could be linked to us renewing contract? Any help would be great thanks!

@jc2025 Run the diagnostic service when your voice light goes amber, you will have to do it over a mobile data link if your broadband connection is down! Either link will take you to testing and if nothing is found then follow the info and call sky, 150 from the connected landline when Broadband is working or from a sky mobile if you have that!

Thanks, my Internet is currently down right now. I just ran both the broadband and wifi checks and they are saying everything is working so I don't have any options to fix anything.

 

The Sky guidance recommends I just come here and wrote a community post

Also sorry I don't have either a Sky landlines or mobile. Do you know how I can contact Sky at all please? It seems very difficult to meet any support
