We have been having seriously low speed wifi on UltraFast1 in the last 2 weeks . Download speed 8MB! In Kent.

@SimonJ2 Which ultrafast package are you on? Could you run a speed test using the link below and post a screenshot of the outcome please

Hi, so new discovery, i think there is some sort of intereference in the room i work in.

Next to the router it shows the 130mbps

However, 3/4 meters away from the router in the room i work in, the speed is saying 10mbps...
