Wifi Issues

I have just switched to Sky Max and now cannot connect to my server! I was told on several occasions that it was for the IT Team at work to switch off or disenable the MAP-T. They have come back on several occasions to say that that cannot be done at their end and that it is for Sky to do that! I went through a procedure a week ago with Sky which took me to a page that seemed to allow the MAP-T to be disenabled and a ratio to be changed from 8:1 to 1:1 and that all should be working within 72 hours. However, the problems still persist! I have just come off the phone to Sky who now inform me that there is nothing that they can do about it and that I would need to join this forum in the hope that one of the Sky engineers will respond with an explanation followed by a solution. I am aggrieved to have had to spend so much time contacting Sky, waiting for long periods of time for someone to advise me and to eventually be told that I have to go onto this forum! I understand that one person in the workplace managed to get the MAP-T switched off! I would appreciate any useful suggestions re this. I did receive this link below and am going to have a look at it now. Thank you!
