4 month delay and 1 missed appointment

I ordered sky broadband and TV back in November and it was due to go live on the 8th December. It was then delayed because of needing a new duct which took 3 months then it's taken another month to get an appointment to get an internal box which was due in March but they brought it forward to the 18th February but no one ever turned up and no notice of them not going to arrive. Now I've been told by sky that Openreach will contact me but been told by Openreach that Sky need to arrange a new appointment. Seems like no one knows who's suppose to be contacting me

After speaking with OllieB15 we checked the account and confirmed this is with our Order Recovery Team who will be in contact shortly to arrange a new appointment.
