There are no lights on the sky hub. If I unplug it then plug it in again an orange light comes on but the it goes off leaving no lights

@Spike7 Sounds like you have a faulty hub, best to give Sky a call and they can send you a new one out. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and stay on the line as long as possible.
