30mbs instead of 72mbs

sky sent an engineer out today to fix my internet and phone. Bt changed something ontop of the telegraph poll outside my house the other day . My phone was disconnected and my internet speed dropped to 30mbs the engineer got a lift and changed something to make it work again. he was confused as to who changed something and said he would get to the bottom of what happened. he fixed the issue . 3 hours later my internet speed is back to 30mbs but my phone works. I cannot get through to anybody at sky for help i cannot work. Is there a number to ring that doesnt send me around in circles as the sky self check says there is an issue still but it wont load to send out an engineer this time??? So stressed out.

@sam+tucks it is really only useful to call Sky tomorrow as they get the engineer's report overnight ans are very unlikely to book another engineer without it.Dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line gives you a free call. However whatever number you call you go into Sky's IVR system, simply stay online do not accept offers of texts or call backs it is usually quicker either early morning or late evening after 8pm assuming nothing is broken of course.
