l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.

 

Have you already reported this to Sky?

Have you checked for any issues in your area here:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

 

If you haven't reported this to Sky then try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

You need to call sky  about this issue and talk to an advisor about this
