Removing Connected Devices

I have a Sky Hub Max subscription which was purchased with the intent to control devices that connect to the router. However, I have zero ability to make those changes and it is adversely affecting other devices (i.e. Peloton continues to drop, even though it worked fine a month ago).

Unfortunately, I have a U.S. phone, so MySky is not available in my "region" even though I live in the UK. Is there a way to access the same controls via the internet/website? If not, this is patently unacceptable -- I shouldn't be obligated to download an app to manage my router. No doubt there are many people that cannot/choose not to download an app.

What can I do to A) access devices controls, B) access MySky or MySky functionality without the app, or resolve my connectivity problems?

Thank you for the help.

Re: Removing Connected Devices

Correct. I cannot download it.

I'm on the phone with Sky and they said I'd have to change my region -- which would require me cancelling my Apple subscriptions, which I don't want to (and shouldn't have to) do.

Then I would ring sky and talk to them about this issue

Re: Removing Connected Devices

@NJ12341 You want to control a sky Max hub, then you need to use the MySky app, just no other way, so if you wish to do so with a PC or Mac, then emulator will be the way to go!
