20+ Freeview channels have disappeared. I have turned wifi of/on reset the TV Channels

I have turned the broadband off and back on. I only have 86 programmes on the Digital channel which I have reset several times. Previously, for example Channel 21, 5USA was pixelated but is no longer there. There are 20+ channels missing

@Zouch1 Re-tune the TV again, the channels may have had a transmission problem from the Mast wherever that is in your area!

@Zouch1  Freeview is delivered via an Aerial and not your broadband, so restarting your hub is a pointless exercise.

 

Can you confirm you do mean Freeviw or are you receiving your channel via a nother service?

On my TV it states that I have 86 Digital channels . 20+ are missing

@Zouch1  If this is freeview via an aerial connection this has nothing to do with Sky broadband, or any broadband provider.

@Zouch1 Happens from time to time and especially in a bad weather day, then a re-tune drops all the poor signals as the TV cannot get them so ignores them!
