2 Weeks waiting for Broadband hub and still no sign of it !!

I signed up for Sky broadband  on 29/12/23 and was told the hub would be delivered within a couple of days but its now the 15th January and we still have not received it.

Anyone have any idea how long this will take. Help in "help" is no help at all !

The hub is usually delivered within a few days of the confirmed installation or activation date rather than the requested date chosen at point of sale

 

have you received an email or text with a confirmed date yet?

Hi many thanks for your speedy reply. we have an engineer coming on Friday the 19th to install everything and the e mail says :

 

Your Sky Broadband installation will be completed on 19th January between 8.00 am and 12.00 am
 

I hoped the hub would have been delivered prior to the instalation.

@Largan  Is there any information in track orders in my account about your router delivery?

You normally receive a text or email with the tracking details once it's sent 

 

either the my sky app or sky.com should also update to show when the router is on its way

Yes thats what we were told but as the installation is on Friday we were hoping it would have been dispatched already

@Largan  You should see so movement in the next few days on this before the rest of the install is completed by the engineer.
