2 Days in and not getting minimum guaranteed Speed.
Guaranteed 100mbps... Also 2 bed Bungalow and signal from Router barely reaches the bedrooms 8 meters away.
New Hub, New Line, any ideas? Or am I going to be paying for something I am not getting? Our old Broadband and HUB was always the same speed never dropped.

Re: 2 Days in and not getting minimum guaranteed Speed.
That's certainly a poor Hub speed for FTTP: the minimum is supposed to be 100Mbs. Unfortunately Sky won't entertain a claim against the Speed Guarantee for the first 14 days, despite the 'training period' only applying to FTTC.

Note that WiFi coverage is different to line speed, and it's best not to conflate the two issues when talking to Sky.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
