If your discounts have ended the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

I have just seen your other thread which I've merged into this one. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. Sky will not call you. You will need to initiate contact.

@AlastairHill you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum. If youbare out of contractvwith Sky you can shop,sround and find a cheaper deal and if Sky wint match it then switch suppliers. If you in contract things are more complicated as Sky normally wont reduce theit price. There is one exception which is if you are are receiving a state means tested benefit like Universal Credit when you may be qualify for Sky's Social Tariff see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff please note there is no flexibility and Sky check the DWP database to confirm if you qualify or not.
