Recently moved to gigafast braodband, very good i have to say, however every device that connected on my previous provided has worked seemlessly with the exception off my ring doorbell, stays offline, I have done many hard reboots, Ring.com advise that it could be to do with the new router giving both 2.4ghx & 5ghx, i disabled 5ghx to see if that worked - still the same, any body had anything similar.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
