1mb/s for a month

I have been having internet speeds of 1mb/s for a month after 8 calls 3 online chats 3 sky engineer visits it is still not being resolved. I keep having to ring to get an open reach engineer booked but they say it's inside the house so cancel or complete the visit without even coming. Sky says it's an outside issue. I don't care at this point a month on I just want my internet sorted. I now calculate sky owes me 299 pounds in compensation for lost service and growing.

@PadraigDonlon Dont see how anybody owes you anything at all, you have a problem that requires fixing, that is all!
