150mbps download speed with gigafast sky fibre

Sky Gigafast installed 2 weeks ago

download speed still 150mbps max 😞

supposed to be a guaranteed 600mbps!?

what do I do?

What device are you measuring that on and are you using wifi or ethernet

All available broadband speed checkers on the internet. WiFi using newly installed gigafast router

The only accurate way of measuring fttp speeds is via an ethernet connection using fast.com with nothing else connected

You mean you don't have a device with ethernet?

Fair enough but nothing is ever connected via Ethernet and only Wifi

I'm not a techy, what can I connect via Ethernet that I can test speed using fast.com?

See if you  can  get  a wifi max  hub , I have one with gigafast  broadband  and the  lowest  speed I get  to  the hub is 750mps

Presumably with WiFi 6 client devices though: 802.11ac is very unlikely to be that fast.

I have full fibre  to  the  property  which is  gigafast broadband  900mps

And a sky max wifi  hub , 55inch sky glass tv, puck, pc , laptop, tablet  xbox  and 3 mobile phones, plus a smart meter, and a freesat box  all connected

And on Netflix service network  checker on all all my tvs  I get high   90's mps
