Good Morning,
Your WiFi speed test to the hub indicates everything is ok however on my mobile “fast.com” test it sYates I'm only getting 27mb download upstairs.
I have booster connected up stairs too. Do I need to reconnect it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky's quoted speed is via an ethernet cable, not WiFi. Having a booster will increase coverage around your home but may actually reduce the overall speed due to the way it boosters the signal.

Thanks for the info. I'll phone them this evening.
If I use fast.com to check right beside router is says 60mbs on average. I asked my Dad who has BT 150mb fibre in the same town to do the same and his was reading 150mb. Both Wi-Fi.
