1 red light on router and nothing else

My router stops my internet resorts to just one red light and no other lights and nothing changes if I unplug and plug back in or if I reset

You can check the model number on the sticker, or refer to this guide with the pictures of the hubs and the names.

@Rowanstevens You may wish to also follow and use the hub lights reference also, when you click will take you to testinfg if you have an issue.
