0.5 mb speed
My internet is running at just 0.5mb.
i have done all of the recommended trouble shooting steps and no progress.
please sort this as a priority.

bear in mind you are posting in a User forum, not a support section where you log a support call and they get back to you.
You need to get on the phone, ask for your minimum guaranteed speed and start asking for money back

@Dan7777 This is a customer helps customer community nothing will be sorted on the back of a forum post, no one at Sky will know who you are or your account details.

Appreciate you are out of yout depth there.
How did you get to conclude that your speed is 0.5mb? Where did you measure that, How did you do that? the more details you add, the more we are likely to pick up on the cause.
The information that you posted, shows which devices you have connected to your WIFI network and further complicates.
Are you able to power down all those devices (unplug them from the wall outlets!) and then use a laptop/pc to connect to your router. (ie take the whole WIFI aspect out of the equation and have a power and phone line go into your router, then 1 network cable to your computer)
