On my bill as a VIP reward i get skyboost free for 18months, but you have charged me £5 a month since feb, also my broadband has gone up from £27 to £32, am i out of contract? if so is there a deal i could have, my bill has gone from £61 to £74 within 3 months without an email?

Give Sky a call to see what they can offer you. We're customers here.

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky about this via the free 150 number from your phone. Stay on the line for as long as you can and don't hangup when asked to do so or to go online. When asked why you are calling say technical.

You could be out of contract for your broadband hence the price increase.

@hammerkev

While Sky Go Extra is typically available as a VIP bonus, Broadband Boost is usually charged for.
