My account has been suspended as I admit to having money issues at the moment. I would like to email someone to let them know when I will be able to pay the bill (18/6/21) but I can't find an email address.

unless you can get through via a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number then you will have to pay and setup a new continuous payment before you can speak to anyone

Find out moreIt might be to late to contact Sky as you should have done this before the payment was due so if what @SKY1992bf has posted doesn't work then you will just have to pay the bill when you can and then you will also need to setup a direct debit on your account before your services will be restored.
