sky booster orange light issues

my sky booster will not get rid of the orange light ,i have done all the resets and everything it tells me todo but still it wont go ,,is this booster faulty it has been like this for ages now ,,

Did you reset it using the button on the reverse and then link it to the main Q box again using WPS?

Hi yes i have done all the thiunkgs the sky help tells you to do but it dosent fix it ,,also i get error mr104 and am unable to watch tv as it constantly has no connection ,tried calling sky but its a waste of time as nobody answers you .
