randomly turns off when gaming

Everytime I play a game or go onto too many sites that use up alot of internet my sky q wifi box randomly disconnects or even turns off the internet and reboots.

I have tried resetting, unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging in and waiting 30 seconds, unplugging the socket and etc.

I am playing on ethernet so no it isn't a connection problem and if it was an issue wouldn't make much sense as I already said the router ITSELF turns off. 

IF anyone has the same issue or has something to make ease the pain of this awful router please reply.

And NO Mr.Sky employee#423 i will not be getting an upgrade or another router.

What are you playing the games on? The Sky box?

Did you speak to Mr.Sky employee#423 on the 'phone about the issue and he recommended to upgrade the router (or offer a replacement if the current one is dodgy)?

No, because the OP refers to a "router", which the Sky Q hub is certainly not.
