problem processing payment. Please try again later

Hi,

 

i have tried to buy a film from the sky store quite a feed times now, one of them cost a few pounds and another 2 were free on the sky store.   However every time I clicked on the buy and keep selection I get a message at the top of the screen saying ‘Problem with processing payments. Please try again later’.   However I don’t understand why this keeps happening? I have money in my  account, even tho it usually gets added to your bill and I’m not behind in my payments.   So how do I fix this? And why is it happening?

Hello @MasterCard+help 

 

Sorry to see you have been having trouble using Sky Store on your Sky Q box.  In case you have not contacted us yet, and are still getting this message, there is a quick fix to clear the "Problem processing payment. Please try again later" message.

 

On your Sky Q remote press Home and then choose Settings followed by Status.

In Status select Watch Via Sky Go and then Reactivate and Confirm.

After you have selected Confirm, do not worry if Watch Via Sky Go has a cross next to it.

Try to order from Sky Store again, your purchase should now go through.
