Can’t rent movies

When I select the movies. I chose a movie to rent and the display says......'you can not record this program.  If select 'buy this movie' the display says your can not record or purchase this program'. Please tell me how I can watch a sky movie!

It might be that your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so this is something you will have to contact the Sky Store team about, there are a few ways to do this as you can see here:
