picture and sound keep stopping

literally every minute the picture and sound stops for a split second, noticed it mostly trying to watch the euros, its getting very annoying

You need the latest software update Q160 to resolve the sound glitches. Not sure about the picture

You can't force the update yet, if you haven't got it yet, you should get in next week.
