paid for engineer visit

i paid £50 for an engineer visit and within 5 hours cancelled the money has been taken from my account but i have never recieved a refund or credit or explanation is this normal

@bettyboop67  You will need to speak directly with Sky about a refund if it doesn't appear as a credit on your account
