I currently have a restricted accounf but my bank card has ran out so i cannot pay the bill via my debit card hilst i ait for a ne one to arrive is there a ay for me to pay direct via bank transfare and if so ho do i go through said process and ho quickly ill by account be reinstated ?

until you pay the bill via debit/credit card and setup a new continuous payment method your account will remain restricted I'm afraid

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou don't need a card of any sorts to pay by direct debit as you just need to add your Bank account number and sort code, no card is involved so you can supply those details here:

@caesarome Although they will need a card of some sort to clear the outstanding payment before restrictions are lifted

unfortunatly it is imposible for me to pay via bank or credit card due to me not having a bank card currently it will take nearly 2 weeks for my new one to arrive is there any particular reason why i cannot pay via bank transfare ?

@Cedards Yes sky simply won't give out their bank details to the public and that includes on this public forum

even if you were to get through and pay you will still need to go online and setup a new continuous payment method such as a direct debit before services are restored

direct debit is allready set up thats not the question im asking. im sasking if u can call and pay via bank transfare.

No, you can't pay by a bank transfer, if you owe money then you can pay it here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/pay
Which as you can see only card paments are excepted.
