no reminders for programmes?

sky have just swopped my old box for a new Q..... mmmmm... all singing all dancing it may be but surely they could reinstate the old Reminder settings for us customers. Some of us do not want to record everything we watch... we just want to be reminded it is on and when.... otherwise are we just to keep a piece of paper and write it down?  The ability to be reminded when a preferred programme is imminent is extremely useful and should not be beyond the techies capabilities. Wow

@CGR9  There are literrally 100's of threads on this subject, given Q has been out over 6 years then reminders won't be included.

@CGR9 They won't reinstate something that has never been on Sky Q.

You might reasonably conclude that there must be a good reason why reminders weren't included in the original design and haven't been added since,

Least if it records it then you're guaranteed not to miss it.

One of the problems with reminders, isif there is a minibox, is the reminder for the main box or the mini box.

The reminders are  also a little bit rude turning it over while watching something else

The whole record thing instead of a reminder is a faff though, it auto records a series , so you may end up with a load of episodes to need deleting when you check the storage. Deleting everything one at a time , or all, instead of the "watched" items.  Q seems great but also seems a little backwards to nor Al sky+

@t3rm3y If you don't want to record the whole series simply press the record button twice and it'll only record the one programme.
